H.261 - VX3000S
Video Codecs
The Agora Labs VX3000S video codec conforms to the ITU-T H.261 (March 1993) Recommendation. It is intended for low bit rate and good quality Internet, ISDN, ATM, and wireless video telephony/conferencing and streaming applications.
This codec is mandatory for all applications
that claim to support the H.310, H.320, H.321, H.322, H.323, and H.324 International Standards.
It is an ideal choice when high quality video is required.
